My range atm buffed without my beryl heart is around 75k.

Not able to buy a store permit Today i made 2k credit off the surveys. When i go into the cash shop to go buy a store permit, the buy button isnt orange but black and i am unable to buy it. SO the question to you basilers out there, Are we not allowed to buy store permits with nx credit, is there a certin level requirment? The chacter i am trying to buy it on is a level 33 kanna.

Cant install PMB.exe ? So with this new patch, i had to redownload maple -_-. I start installing the maplestory downloader and it get stuck on PMB.exe. could anyone help me O.o
