Stuck On a Black Screen? Star / Blackhaven Whenever I tried to do act 1 in the blackhaven quest line, the screen remains black (the only perceivable thing is the white finger pointing), I just entered Star Planet, and now it's stuck at the same black screen. Problem is that even if I log out, when I log back on my character is still stuck in the 'black screen'.. Help </3

Accessing Von Leon problems So I finished the quest line for Von Leon, I used the scroll Lupen gives you to kill Von Leon, so I soloed normal Von Leon, but when I got back, it didn't say I achieved the quest task 'kill von leon', so I thought that maybe I had to kill Easy Von Leon, but I can't find him now.. and I decided to forfeit the quest, thinking that I could accept it again, and that 'd give me the scroll once again.. but I thought wrong, as I can't re-accept the quest, so what am I suppose to do?...
