You're probably using your hyper skill with the AB link skill. The level 200 hyper gives you an extra 5m to your cap. Edit: To clarify, the cap is 50m, but you think the AB link is increasing the cap

It's according to however many stars you have on the equip. Only the 2/3/5 star EE scrolls have a certain percentile of success; AEE/EE are all dependent on the amount of stars you have on the equip.

You're just really unlucky. The rhino boss comes along every once in a while, but it really just depends on luck. Sometimes I go MPE 10 - 15 times (I farm tickets daily for the pots in case I run out)
