Can Chaos accessories be used by everyone? So the db mask when it 1st came out could only be used by dbs, and the db mask and all other items you get in chaos be used by all classes?

End game weapon So i was just wondering roughly how much att is a good endgame weapon atm i got a 126att sparta with 3%str (i bought it for 100mil so i know its not good) would 140ish attack be good?
Is Aqua glitched? So, I lvled to 70 today and I was going to do the mount quest, But as soon as I went to aqua I got an error and dc'd So I logged back on and I was on for about half a second b4 i got the same error and dc'd So now i cant play my wk but is this happening to anyone else or is it just me? D/C before a log in D: When ever I log into the game client I disconnect just after I choose what channel I want to go into. It's not the computer or the maplestory client because I can play maplestory on other accounts and not this one. I've tried redownloading the client and i've restarted my computer but it still won't work. When I disconnect, It says 'You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again' but then when I try again I still can't get in. I've sent a ticket but idk what else to do... ty in advance <33
