Aran skill build? So I recently made an Aran, both for the Character Card and because I wanted to see how Arans played after their revamps(I haven't played one since their release). I'm running into some issues with my skill build. I'm just confused as to what I need, as most builds I find are out-dated or just seem odd(Such as adding 10 to Combo Smash and 19 to Polearm Booster, despite Combo Smash not seeming to be needed past level 30). Would it be possible for someone to give me an optimal skill build for Arans? I know that players can generally figure them out for themselves by looking at required skills for future jobs, but even then I seem to find things that... just don't seem right, or seem out-dated(Such as each Fenrir having maxed

Guide update Well... it's been a while. I'm probably not well remembered around here, but I take care of the sticky'd guide. I quit MapleStory around two years ago, due to some real life issues, but with those clearing up and some online friends trying out MapleStory, I decided to come back to the game about a month ago. Despite the lower population, I still enjoy the game, so I decided to brush up a bit on my theory and update the guide. If anyone is interested in taking a look at it and offering suggestions, I still view the guide as a community practice, so feel free to. Hopefully it helps some players out, rather than steer them in the wrong direction(Even with the warning present).

I think its about time I handed over the guide Hello, everyone. I've been struggling with this decision for a while, but I believe I've come to a conclusion; I simply don't have the will to manage the sticky'd guide anymore. I have other ambitions and games which occupy my time, much better than MapleStory has, and I've attempted to avoid that decision by using other issues as a sort of excuse; while my computers do lack space, and my Internet lacks speed, I simply don't put in the effort to even attempt an update. It's not that I don't care, as I think this forum deserves an adequate guide, and so I think the correct thing for me to do is step down. How does the guide currently fare? So, I've had a fair bit of free time recently; I'm not really playing MapleStory anymore, although I wouldn't say I've quit. Hardware space is restricting my ability to use MapleStory at home, since I lack the space for it, while I don't really play it elsewhere due to 'better' games being available when I have adequate Internet at another location on my laptop; it also has some data issues, but nothing too major. Some questions about Heroes So recently I've made a Fighter, and she's in her mid 50's. Heroes have been a class I've wanted to make for a while since I've heard they hit decently without funding(I could be wrong), have rather large HP and use a very cheap weapon(Axes). So I was just wondering if the Heroes of the forum could answer some questions since I'm a little bit in the dark about Heroes. So I know you're not the most defensive Warrior, but exactly how much damage do higher level Heroes tend to take? I know you have rather large amounts of HP, that's rather obvious with 6.2k HP on my Fighter, but do they burn many potions? I know a Jr Boogie can remove the need for MP Potions, but I'm wondering how much HP potions this class tends to

Some help for a future guide. Currently I'm writing a guide with EVERYTHING a Bucc needs in a guide(Yea, I know there are 2~3 out there, but I figured I'd do one on Basil and cover Dexless/Low Dex, builds, training spots, equip advice, ect). I'm currently almost done on the builds(Just wrapping up Bucc) and I'd like a little assistance, specificly on Equipment and "new" Dex builds. Now I only went down the unfunded Bucc path, but that was a LONG time ago. I'm not sure if the priority for equipment has changed, aswell as the end-game material. I'd assume a Knuckler with 100+ Attack should be end game for someone starting from scratch. The staple items for unfunded are obviously 2~3% STR Overalls, Earrings, Shoes and a Cape aswell a
