Losing Weight i have for over 5 month continued my diet and workout, 5 days of cardio and 2 of weight lifting. i am an endomorph, which means i am big bulky by nature, i am stronger than many people who look ripped, but i am almost reaching my goal weight, i have around 20% of body fat but my belly feels loose and not flat or strong, i can see a really small belly. but my legs and arms feel strong, i can run easily more than 5 miles and continued doing something else. i feel strong, what can i do to improve seeing results in cutting. i wan to be below 15% of body fat but my metabolism is really slow, if i eat something i can almost see my arms getting fatter, that slow! i am 22 yrs old, honestly i am very strict with my plan, i have a very

Wonders of Warriors i really don't know what to do. ok i have a lvl 135 pally which i do enjoy, but i have some decent equipment and my attck range still really low, i mean it is 11k clean, but i have shield with 12 attack sword with 127 attack, like 25%strg and still really weak compare to my bucc, which is really unfunded and hits 17k clean, i am thinking about a Hero, making one. another think i don't like from pallys is we have blast which is our main attack and only hit one mob at a time, nice in training, doesn't bother me, but in pq it is a pain. so what should i do? keep my pally or star a hero? how are pally looking after red update, well people i really would like information, have a nice day cus Winter Is Coming.
Why i should play a pally? hi lovely community xD. well the reason i made this thread was because, i have a pally, but several things have made me quit my pally. things like i damage, and skills. well i have a bucc. my bucc is way stronger with less good gear. i mean my pally has way better equipment and can only kill one mob at a time, hits way lower, but that lovely defence, i love somehow my pally, but what i can't stand is blast hit one mob at a time, and it is frustrating. is there something that i can do? Advance charge is rare and hard to find.
warriors come and join me so basically i've been hearing about a revamp, and i was wondering, what is it going to do? i mean is there a reason to go back to my pally? adventurer revamp they say. so i was hoping pally would get better skills, basically the reason i quit my pally, was that we don't have skills to hit multiple enemies, blast hit one mob at a time, and it , itwas killing me, Advance Charge is extremely hard to get, not because of money but rare thing to find. i saw it once for 175mil i was low on mesos, but is fair money. never seen that skill book again. so is there a reason to play my pally again?
New classes the reason i created this thread was to see people opinions on the new classes. i created a Hayato, nice class, a little to flashy for me though, but i have a hermit same level 80. both character same level , almost identical equipment. and my hayato is like 3 times stronger then my Hermit. not only that, i can train my Hayato with mobs of 20 levels ahead of mine. i don't know why they make such an overpower class. they say, Nexon works so hard on making classes equal, that is bull#$% you get my meaning, what do you people think, does it bothers you?, to me, it bothers me a lot.
Bandits here pls so i am fallowing the basilmarket shadower skill build, and it says greed at lvl 77. but in skill menu, nothing appears to be with that name. so what does it mean. well thank you people for your time.
What do you prefer? people so i was wondering, since i was remembering playing my bucc long before big bang, revamp and all that, Buccaneer class was so good, i mean you need it a little bit of control to play and train properly, now-days with Buccaneer blast and all the skills that we no longer have, seems and feel like we are playing a long range class, since or primarily objective is using hand to hand combat. Right now we are far stronger than before, but i find the new buccs boring to play, all i used to train is Dragon Stike, and buccaneer blast, and for bossing sometimes octopunch. but i see that all classes, some way or another have very long range attacks, i mean there is no difference in playing a bowmaster or a bucc, but buccs ar
Your experience as a Shadower well basically i want to know your path to become a shadower, was it worth it, fun, lot of funding. and the last thing is how much funding is need it, to have a shadower with decent damage.

Could this be truth? well, i have a pally and a Bucc. but my bucc is way to unfunded compare to my pally, but it still have more damage. i mean is really unfunded. well is this a fact?y buccs are way supperior to pallys?

Pally quesion or suggestions i have a pally, but i always wanted to play two handed sword. though i have attack shield and a decent sword. but is it worth it, to go two handed sword? and is it possible as well?
