P/C on a very weird skanda

So a friend of mine is trying to sell his maple skanda. It's 52 attack which is 19 attack above average. But here is the weird thing. It was only scrolled 3 times and the stats are as follows: 4 luk, 52 wep attack, 26 avoid. It was also enhanced 2 times and has a blue glow. Is this some sort of glitch? He didn't scroll it himself so I don't know how the hell it got to 52 attack. Any p/c on this thing and leave offers if you want it.
