Few questions for those in Tespia

Kinda unrelated but meh

1. Seeing as how skill related 4th job quests for the adventurers are gone, does this mean that the Gellerhead Shield will no longer be obtainable, seeing as how the only way to get it is through doing the Guardian skill quest.

2. Also to anyone that's been chilling around cwk, are the spawn of crimson trees and drops of crimson woods changed at all? if so please state now
