Cubing for epics
I have 11.3k maplepts in my main's acc
and like 70kish more pts on my mule accs
im going to try to cube my scarlion to epic...so far i used 3 cubes on it already =P
at black friday sale ill be able to get 13 cubes from the 11.3k nx and my scar is 3 lined
is it likely for my scar to turn epic or atleast 3%dex after 13 cubes?
and for the other 83 cubes (70k pts) will it be able to turn my rare certo into unique?

You've got a great chance.
Average for Epic is 10-15
Average for Unique is 15-30
So place yourself and see how you do
Luck is all that matters although the more cubes you have the better your chances are.
