Pick and Choose my equips

Hi everyone,

In training my bandit of late, i was wondering what i should look at buying for when i reach level 120. Lets say i have ~1.5bn, a 15 att wg, 3 att 6 dex pac and a zhelm, could someone suggest the most important things that i should buy within my price range for level 120?
