And @Pachoki You may be right, but there have been worse cases where people miraculously get an avatar with super wild colors accepted. And I never altered the colors except for the hat.

Take that yellow background off and try submitting it again.

It's probably the pale-pink colors. Though it goes well on the avatar itself, it seems to be faded for the bright and vibrant (but not too out of this world) colors of basilmarket.
Perhaps switch the pale-pinkish colors with another color? And see if that would get it accepted.
