Wireless cards can be used in different slot types, so you have to be sure to look for one that will fit your desktop's slots.
In the case of the one you listed, be sure the card you buy says "PCI Express x1" or "PCI-e x1" on it, and NOT just "PCI".

This page lists several cards that will fit your PCI-Express x1 slot: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100010074+600014297&QksAutoSuggestion=&ShowDeactivatedMark=False&Configurator=&IsNodeId=1&Subcategory=31&description=&Ntk=&CFG=&SpeTabStoreType=&srchInDesc=

If you buy a card at the same time you buy the computer be sure to check the box to be sure it'll fit.
