Nx Help URGENT

So, i'm buying a lvl 70 overall with 30 str using nx from merching in mts. The guy said to me he whould do it for 50k.... he went down from 80 to 50 without tax. Am i getting scammed? Also, i dont want to loose that so is it worth locking, and if i lock is it account transferable? Plz answer QUICK D: the trade is tomorrow thx basil.

Edit: i told the guy that we whould make the trade in 1 week, i did not do surveys i meched in MTS and i was just too bored to type it. My bad (Survey thing removed). Please understand that the trade is VIA mts.

Second Edit: I talked to the guy today (27th december) and he told me it was 54k nx with tax included. "He can't go lower" It's a lvl 70 Viska Pirate Overall with 30 str u/h and un-potentialed. So, is it worth it, and what to do with the potential? Alternatives? Every opinion is taken in count i'd have 21k leftover nx.

@above. I can cube it, i DIDNT do surveys i merched in MTS, i'm just bored to explain ppl what i did and type the long story. The overall is unhammered and unpotentialed and i can get miracle cubes on it can't i?
Edit: I don't wanna blow it up with a 90% potential after wasting 50k nx on it. I don't get the idea from using maker to do it, how will i get it to 30 str 0.o? Scrolling? can't that badly miss?

Sorry, my bad it's prepaid, i got it from a waaaaay harder to explain way. I just merched in mts but i wanted to make the story short. It's VIA mts, there is no possible way of getting scammed according to me. Never the less it's 30 str u/h un-potentialled and i saw it on mts and contacted the buyer. Sorry for messing it a lil.

Um, my question is, i thought you couldn't go through the MTS or gift things with nx unless it was Prepaid? o.o
not the kind you get from surveys, which is credit >.<

And OT: if i'm wrong, which i hope i am fer yer sake, i wouldn't have the slighest clue, sorry >.<
