i love sniping, though isnt there a cooldown for it so u cant always have high dmgis it me or is the window shining onto the ghost? looks like its being hit cause it got shined x]

It's just when it's maxed you can charge faster.

At level 1 the timer is 5 min long. At max it is 15 sec. A level 120 Marksman can get this skill and put one point into it and do as much dmg as you see in the ss. The dmg does not depend on level. Piercing Arrow -----> This is a mob attack similar to Iron Arrow and yes it CAN break 100K damage. You charge a shot for about 2.5 sec and release hitting 6 monsters. It does insane damage and the damage increases with each hit, opposite of Iron Arrow. This is not the skill in the ss. It is godly damage, but once again there is a catch which is the slow charge. Also, this skill DCs people in GMS if they break 100K. It is the same problem CBs had with ME. It is yet to be seen whether this will be fixed soon. I have done over 100K damage with Pierce. The highest I have seen is 12xK damage, but then my screen freezes and I dc. These are two different skills.
