its no edit the skill is called sniping and it is a one hit ko on everything except bosses and it always hits a crit and hits almost maxed out dmg

I bet he gots everything scrolled dex with 10%'s and white scrolls if white scrolls are out in MSEA if not 30% o-oANd prolly all worked cuz a lvl 127 to do that is fuxing godly o-o
Any Crossbowmaster/Marksman can do this skill at level 120 right after they advance and do the quest if they put just one point into it. If it is an edit, it is a pointless one. Sniping always does around that much dmg, even at level 1. The only thing that changes is it's cooldown timer. It is godly damage, but you can only use it on one enemy every 3 min at level 1.
