I know all these guys in RL and they're all cool :D. As you can tell, drawing hands aren't my forte, but I tried! Yeah, I know the faults, but can you do better?  If so, show us all!?

There are a lot of little errors, but I'm not going to point them all our since I'm sure you can see them yourself.What bothers me the most is probably the girl's hair. Try to make it less noodly-looking by drawing the hair in a more natural, flowing way, with sharper tips. Mostly you need to work on the shape of the body, especially the arms and wrists. The hands really aren't so bad, especially on the two guys on the right. But the girl's arms are bending unnaturally. Those are the biggest issues, everything else is pretty good. I hope this helps. You should try to be more open to accepting criticism, even if people aren't more artistically talented then you. It'll make you a better artist. Listing: Recruiting for Skyway
