Let's see...If you're using photoshop to edit the comic, use the "save for web" feature. Once you're in this option mode, go to the menu on the right side. In the dropdown menu that has the filetypes in it, change it to .jpg for the sake of uploading to Basil. Then, look for the little (>) at the top of the menu on the right. Click this and press "optimize to file size". At the very top, it'll have a text field for "desired file size". Because Basil wants 250,000 bytes maximum, you'll need to put in a filesize that will work properly. I find that 240K works (don't use 250K, because it'll end up being larger than 250,000 bytes). Press "Ok", then press "Save" at the top of the menu on the right and save it however you want. By using this method, the .jpg quality will be forced to stay at a certain file size, but will also maintain high quality. This is how so many basil comic makers upload well-made comics.
I like it how those arrows are being shot .... nice comic looking forward to the next one :OEDIT: to everybody whining about small letters i can read them !

Please bump up the quality using the extra 122.5 you have. (And tone down those scanlines please!)

Turn down the opacity on your scanlines, make them softer and I think your outcome on that action sequence would look a lot smoohter. New Pic: Basilmarket makes me lol
