You're late ,my friend.
i got the wg on the quest and found a 30% scroll on my mule (glove dex) and i was going to scroll it and i suck at scrolling make 60% not work lol and my friends partyed to and buffed me non stop and it worked so when u scroll get a party to buff you it helps xD
man y does nexon make noob quests that we cant do!
one of the new quest u can get a free WG but its random
