they are for a quest, u need to buy all of them from other ppl or from gacha. In Msea, they 1m - 30mils. or something like that, it costs about 60 mils to get all them and the neckless 
Iirc, you also use them for the flaming sword quest.

I heard you can forge a certain eraser the the necklace to make a seal chair? I'm probably wrong.
