From there, he would need MUCH funding. WG: 6 DEX, 9ATK . . . (dream on) Sandals/ Boots: Min. 9 DEX . . (possible . . not likely, but possible.) Headband/ Skullcap: Min 6 DEX (As above) So in reality he's right . . .
