Ok those are dumbbells not mini weights. If you guys knew anything about lifting you would know that what he is lifting is about 16 -18 pounds. 3 LBS for smalls ones and 5 LBS for each big one makes 16 and the bar itself is usually 1 or 2 pounds, and frankly i guarantee half of u people commenting cant even lift ten.
