I got confused for a bitI had thought that the guy was the teacher and he was mispronouncing "Man eater" 
This is the type of joke that you have to be there to be funny.

His problem was that he was worried that she was going to kick the (bleep) outta him. The teacher said: Then "YOU" don't have anything to worry about. That meant that she was talking specifically to him. She was putting down his manhood by saying that he is not a man, but still a boy... or girl or whatever.
