Republicans aren't going to stand behind McCain because he's a Liberal and he craps where he eats. The Democrats are so split, it's killing them in this election. No matter what happens, you're going to have a HUGE percentage of the population of the country that doesn't agree w/ anything the current President is doing. You have no idea how much something like that will split a country up socially. This contest has nothing to do w/ race or sex. The media has made it that. The candidates have made it that.
