So today I was doing the Pet Jump Quest in Henesys and I noticed these strange NPC's. What are they for?

Im guess there 'hidden' auto ban things like in el nath, except if it sees you fly hackiing it auto bans you? its my guess i dunno

Maple TVs aren't part of the maps, they are NPCs on the mini map too. I'm guessing this is because NPCs can react to multiple things, but reactors (parts of the map) only react 1 at a time in a specific order. That guy said they are from the cats in the basket. That is probably right.
Yeah, it is weird. Theres like 5 or 6 of those objects that are NPCs.
