Also, Macs ARE awesome, they just aren't compatible with as much stuff as Windows because Windows machines are cheaper and so way more people own them. So when companies make stuff, they make it compatible for Windows first, and then, if they feel like it, they make it for Macs. Edit: The reason for running Windows (through bootcamp and all that other fun stuff) on a Mac, instead of just buying a PC, is that (for me at least) the only thing I use Windows for is MapleStory. I prefer the higher quality of Macs for all my word-processing, instant-messaging, web-browsing, etc. So it's cheaper this way; I don't have to buy a whole computer for Maple and a whole computer for everything else. We have Macs at my school and I hate them, I prefer PCs... Macs are more user friendly, but PCs have a wider variety of abilities... and I'm good enough to be able to handle PC, don't need user-friendly crap >_>
