The necklaces can only go from (0-2) With:-Dex -Str -Int -Luk +3 Necklaces are not possible, hidden street lies, get over it people.

to all those saying a perfect necklace is +3 to all, proof please or just pm me with a link.mind you all that HS isn't always right. i've gotten items that had stats going over what HS has in its database.
