It's a level 20 Overall for starters, it adds 1 dex clean. another thing, your an Archer so your overalls add more dex clean, I've seen up too 8 dex clean so just getting average scrolling on an overall like that (usually +12 dex) and It'll be almost as good. 24dex and 12 accuracy at level 20 is better than most Overalls warriors get at level 80.

Its okay, decent Dex, and low leveled
That's 1 10% and 9 60%s...not godly, especially since it has low dex clean. He couldve easily bought a bunch of 10%s till it landed on the 1st slot (since you can get those robes from shop), and got 9/9 60s to work. That's what I did with my fitted mail, except 8/9 worked. It's only .2 acc less than this robe, and has more def.
