Magatia is a 2 lab town next 2 the ariant desert, it has a brand new PQ for lvl 71-85 and monsters are failed experiments :O so i guess maybe magatia comes out next patch
i kno wat the taxi is for. its a city thats going to come out soon with lvl 50+ monsters. i think
