Please, any person with a small amount of intelligence would know that if you are a LUK Dit and are equipping a Khanjar that it's retarded to use a LUK Dagger over a STR Dagger, especially since STR Daggers give more base weapon attack. Anybody who has the money to afford a Dragon Khanjar in the first place, has the funding for a Pendant and an Egg to scroll it. Obtaining the stats to use a Dragon Khanjar is well worth it. It's been proven time, and time again that a DKhanjar wielding STR Dit is the endgame build.

Say STR = 4 Zhelm = 15 (roughly) Necklace = 7 (? not so sure bout this, not an expert, but i also believe you can scroll it 3 times for +15 on each stat) so = 52 Just that alone is 71, but without the uber scrollage on the Necklace, it'll be simply 26, which is almost 50 away. Now that's a hell lot for a shield, even with a lot of equips to boost up your str. Frankly speaking, if this were to be for a good LUK Bandit who intends on optimizing the benefits, it'll be one of those last items you get in mastering your character to its max, because you'll have to Horntail a lot (honestly though, I don't know the price or value of the Necklace and it's scrolls, but I'm assuming it's for rich and active Horntail runners). Still, that's a hawt shield ~o~
