my only gripe with this is that in order for it to have a decent stat bonus, youd have to pass 3 30%/10%s on the last 3 slots, or an ok bonus would need 3 60%s
To pay more than max mesos, you pay 2.147bil (max meso) and some items to make up for it, such as onyx apples, c ilbis, attack gloves, stuff that they need, or are easy to sell.

It alters ALL of the cape stats. Not just one.

No. The item is destroyed if the scroll fails, which is at a 40% rate. Moreover, even if the scroll succeeds, there is only a 50% chance that the effects will be positive, which means the scroll basically works like a 30% dark scroll, but with just 30% of it just failing (and decreasing the stats) and 40% of it destroying the item. |
