For me, that happens whenever a far-ranged physical attacker uses a far ranged attack D:

its cuz u put ur screen resolution at the lowest lv and sometimes it does that.
yeah, i noticed that blur a LOT in the monster carnival. i thoguht it was just my comp. guess it wasn't.
i dont like it it pisses me off
