Highest damage possible is 99k unless there's some type of "thing" such as for a quest or something where even a level 10 can do that much. Also, the person said it theirselves, "who said 99k was max." It is the max, a (19x?) hero did that when all his orbs were charged. Go to youtube to find it.
looks like he wrote "blue mushmom" on that page from the deathnote, and the 1bil dmg came up to gg blue mm LOLmy side of the story ;)
