i see some white out on the scroll...THEY MISSED THE 50%

if you think about itthere's a 15% chance your item will blow up when using a 70 and 35% chance when using a 30
This is a 30% scroll.Nexon made a typo and never fixed it.
I never got 70% scrolls. Theres a 10% more chance that it will work. Slightly more than the slightly-more-than-half-of-a-percent-chance scroll and if you fail it which is still likely it bIows up. 30% is more understandable though O-o
