I have unbeatable proof... pm me lol) very few people know every detail of the entire arc and all the mini arcs which span across anime, mangas and games. there are also mini shows that give you insight into other things. the first part is .hack//sign an anime but timeline wise .hack//fragment is the beggining although not a real thing in terms of made arc wise but true in the arcs themselves although a game was made named fragment but it was not invovled in the mainstream idea of the whole arc. if you want more details pm me ;D
im guessing this is one of those plots where if a person dies in virtual reality they die in rl so he must warn everyone in the whole word about impending doom storylines?
