If you don't have NX, you can't get past 99.98%.

they are just jealous because he can train all day without getting bored (to my knowledge; he may be bored out of his mind).. either way, he has a lot of perserverance so stop the rumors unless you have proof, dont just go talking out of your butts.

If he hacked, I'm pretty sure the #1 ranked and most stalked player, would have been caught by now. There aren't plenty off-rankers that are level 200, if any. Nobody has proof, and the only screenshots they come up with are obvious edits.
