This is how it goes for lvl 200's...They still level up but they stay 200 what does this mean u say? it means that they still get AP+SP how do i know this?i know pple who play KMS and 1)They repeatedly go over 200 and 2)Pirate is fun

actually, he can be #2, if he doesn't gets to 99.98% or w/e at lvl 200, the person to out % him, can b4 #1. Msea has/had that problem for some time now.
