The only thing Hyper Patch brought in was Hypers and various changes to skills (ie Phase Dash hitting 8 mobs instead of 4). You will still want to follow Tempest build up to 100 because the skill build for 4th job is the same as pre-tempest. The only thing that changed is that you start 4th job at 100, not 120.

The current guide is not outdated, if you scroll to the bottom, there's a post-Tempest guide, it doesn't include 4th job, but you can just use the old one at the top, cause it basically follows the same pattern cept you just get extra SP at the end.

Just remake your shadower... its not like they are hard to get to 4th job anymore anyway, and the shadower guide isn't out of date the most recent build is just at the bottom of the guide.

And should I grind to get the hayato ap reset ? I have like 60 dex and 15 base str ._.
