Last summer I was jumping off cliffs into some water below and I decided to go off a rope swing that was hanging off a tree on the cliff (note: I did this for 3 years previous to this and nothing bad happened). I went up higher than I usually do on the rope, so consequently I had to hold the rope lower down than usual. When swinging down, at about the bottom of the arc, my foot smashed into a root sticking out of the ground. I couldn't tell whether it was broken or not (I never previously broke a bone), and my parents weren't there because I was with a friend so I didn't go to a hospital. I walked around on it for about a week and a half until I got home and my mom took me to the doctor. Basically, all the doctors that saw it were quite impressed with how badly it was broken. I had to get surgery on it to remove a bone that I completely broke that doesn't heal (my right tibial sesamoid; I have it in a jar at my house now), they had to clean up shards of the other surrounding bones that I broke off, they had to drain fluid that was in the joint, apparently I was getting arthritis in that foot too so they fixed that somehow, and I was getting a bunion so they shaved down the bone a bit.
I'm going to have some permanent pain there for the rest of my life, which really sucks. It's still swollen so I got a cortisone shot in it a couple of days ago but that didn't do much.
Car accident couple weeks backmost painful tho would have to be either my biggest rip a couple year back ( tore off the skin from the mid of my Palm down to about a quarter of my forarm) or anytime I've banged my feet on the bar practicing release moves or dismounts.
Actually the most painful was falling of a stage doing air flares
