Question on Assassinate Skill

I have a question regarding the skill assassinate.
At max Level, assassinate does 635% damage on the initial cast, and 710% on the final cast
The description says:
Damage increases by 154% in dark sight
Damage increases by 150% when body count is 3
Also advanced darksight have a 5% final damage
The question is how dark sight and max body count affects assassinate damage,
whether it is multiplied through or added,
also I'm pretty sure after assassinate damage is increased, then the 5% final damage goes into play

With most things maple related, assume it's additive instead of multiplied.
nexon didnt make it clear if its %p damage where its additive, or % damage where it multiplies through
I want to know this as well. I've always assumed it was additive.
I'm confused about how dark sight and body count damage come into play, either additive damage or multiplied
since it says 5% final damage, then i believe it'd multiply (x1.05). any other damage increase is added. i might be wrong tho
