is this legit?
after i finished doing the mesorangers event thing on my priest i noticed a person with the dojo effect on their character i was pretty impressed and decided to look at their godly gear. To my surprise i found this. http://i.imgur.com/YqFyBYv.png
i was wondering if that is even possible. The guy doesn't even look all that funded and even if he was what about the level requirement to equip the item? I'm not accusing anyone of anything i just want to know if this is possible under normal/cash shop circumstances.

i DID ask if it was do able under cash shop circumstances. and no i don't know how to use fusion anvils because i never bothered buying one. As i said above i am not accusing anything. I was just asking a simple question no need to be rude and act like the grand masters of all knowledge

Anvils lets you take the appearance of an item. When you click on a character wearing an anviled item, it will show the equip used in the Anvil.
you obviously do not know how anviled items work lols
