Lumi range compared to other classes?
Recently when i was speaking with some friends they said that comparing range from 1 class to another isn't that great because some classes get range easier than others.
I was wondering how easy/difficult it was to get range on a lumi and how it would compare to different classes if they were both at the same range. Basically im asking if i would hit more or less than another class if we were to have the same range. Just wondering.

If Luminous have the same range with other classes, maybe the won't be dead at the bottom. Because there's a skill in 4th job gives you 30% dmg i believe? and they have some good skills buff m.atk too and %def ignore, so not bad at all and same with evans. They have skill increase %dmg. IMO, %dmg is more important than m.atk.

Nope, not really. Whatever chart you are using calculates by range%/sec, not actual damage. Luminous comes with high range naturally, plus a buttload of buffs.
IMO Lumi's range is pretty easy to increase. With a couple %INT and Magic Attack, you can hit high damage [b]+ LOADS OF LINES[/b].

the DPS charts are for 1 mob = bossing, luminous is the mobber for excellence and it has his cons when bossing, like ignoring the defenses(not getting his dmg cut in half) and when they are in equilibrium mode they can spam ender and then is when their boss dps really shines, but hey dont have another good skill for 1vs1 fights thats why their dps is so low when you compare it whit others classes(dps charts are unreal bcuz they consider perfect situations so dont judge a class using that)
OT: well if u have less range than other classes you can still ks them easily with less range with reflection and your bossing skills are not that bad like the dps charts show, im playing a lumi right now (lvl 146) and even without the lvl 150 hyper i can beat hilla in less than 10 minutes with only 35k range fully buffed... so range is not everything
