For the high school seniorscollege student Ama? Dear all, It's been a long time since I last was here, but I figured that because I'm on break, I might as well post something this morning for kicks and giggles. I know a lot of decisions are coming out late this month and early April, so I was wondering if I could at all help you out with decision making by answering your questions on what college is like. Of course, others here may be better suited to answer your questions, so I invite anybody with experience to join in on the conversation. So, without further ado, ask me anything and I'll do my best to respond!

Stuck On Maple Island Maple Road, Snail Park Hi everyone, I was leaving CWK after teleporting to a friend there, and I clicked on Ridley to take me back. Somehow, I ended up in a place that was "pitch-black" (the starting place when you first create an explorer) and then I ended up at Maple Road, Snail Park. There's a portal on the right, and Mai is there. I can't do her quest, and yet I can't go through the portal because I haven't done her quest. I've completed all the quests that teleport you places, Teleport rocks don't work, family summons don't either, and so I'm stuck here... I've logged a ticket, but I doubt that will be resolved in the near future. Anyone know of a way I can get out? Thanks!

Job Decision For Summer 2014 Hi all, I'm currently a rising senior in high school. After an intensive research internship this summer (not going to say where, but one of HYPSM) working with one of the world's leaders in Genetic research (it was awesome!), I got some very good references, and a project that I'll be submitting to various competitions like Siemens/STS. That being said, I used this and my current resume and "informally" interviewed (it was complex, I'm not going to get into it) for a job at merrill lynch for investment banking for the next summer. Now, I always wanted to get into investment banking, so this is a great opportunity, but Merrill Lynch isn't exactly up there for investment banking. I was planning on tryin

I dont know how to start it so I'll just begin by rambling. I guess there's a girl for whom I have a few feelings. See, it's strange because I never thought I would like her in that way, but overtime as we worked together on various instrumental/vocal performances, we grew closer. At any rate, as we won several competitions together at various festivals, I don't know why but I liked her more and more; I loved spending time with her. You know how you catch yourself sometimes smiling throughout a whole 2 hour long chat with someone? Funny how that works but I can't believe I found myself doing it. Typical things like that -- that's how I knew that I was pretty much infatuated at least with her. However, I realized nothing would ever come of i

The Plight of Gamers? Hi everyone, As my disclaimer, I'd like to start off by telling you that I decided to ask basilmarket because the majority here probably play games often. Anyway just recently I saw an interesting picture depicting a triangle between good academics, a social life, and sleep, and a caption toward the bottom saying "pick two." (You might have seen this image before.) Later, a similar image popped up, but now, the creator of the picture humorously pointed out that gamers get none of the 3. While a joke, this photo made me think and question games -- are they truly detrimental to your life? Instead of investing hours into a virtual reality, someone could work at a sport, study to get into a better college, play m
