Lower Back Strain from deadlifts *Please excuse my bad English* So I somehow I strained my lower back doing deadlifts a few months ago (5-6 months ago). At first I thought it was just sore from my back workout. Then a few days later the pain was still there (I'd rate it a 6 for pain). Keep in mind that I did work out through this pain, and I really wish I didn't. I thought it had something to do with my spine so I went to a chiropractor which didn't do any justice. I then go to the doctor for a CT Scan, and the results were saying it was only a lower back muscle strain. The Doctor told me not to do any strenuous activity (didn't give me an exact range of how long). So does anyone know any helpful tips of recovering quickly, and what to do w

Pc beeps 3 times and wont start up Hello everyone. I am having a problem with my PC. I Just finished building it and now it won't start up, it beeps 3 times and won't show anything on the monitor, sometimes when it does it just freezes on the bios start up screen. This is my motherboard: This is my ram (since I think is the problem with this) I only use 1 stick of 4GB ram and I put the stick in the 1st slot of the motherboard, is that wrong? Hey basil, I have been told about an anime called Attack on Titans, it looked like a really cool anime so I decided to search online to see if I can find a dubbed version of it on an anime website. Well... Most of the anime websites I find either don't work, or that the videos that they provide buffer every 4 seconds, I tried to go on Crunchyroll but they only have episode 13 - 25. Shifted my Tv and it wont turn on anymore Just saying to everyone. I am not a person that deals with this kind of stuff. I shifted my TV a little and it turned off. I think it was a wire that was attached to it and it disconnected from the TV. Since it s in a home theater I can t see what wire got detached. The power button the TV won t turn it on, but the video box turns on. So it has to be a wire that connects to the TV to make the power button turned on. Can someone please assist me on what wire connects to the TV to make the power button turn it on? And also the remote won`t turn the TV on. Iphone wont charge. Hey basil I have a tech problem with my Iphone 5c. So last night when I was going to go sleep I would always charge my phone. When I connected it with the wall charger I didn't hear the sound when the phone is charging.. I connected it with the laptop once and I didn't charge.. Or it didn't show up on itunes. I have searched this problem online and a lot of people are saying that there is lint in the port of the phone, I checked there was lint, took it out with a toothpick blew it with compressed air, and tried charging it again, it didn't work. I am asking here what should I do? Get a new charger? Does it have to do with some software on Itunes? Please help!
