Does anyone duel boot their laptop? Does it make your computer feel slower? I can't deal with windows 8 anymore. My laptop is less than 1 year long and its running slower than all my other computers. I have a windows XP disk lying around and I was wondering if dual booting with xp will have any conflicts with a laptop that has windows 8 pre-installed on it. I only use my laptop to go on sites like basil and the only things I downloaded were maplestory and avast but for some reason Im always at 100% disk from system.exe and it feels unusable. EDIT: edit before dual not duel.... oops

Why does he say thats a trivial response? I don't understand how he dismissed the argument brought to him. I mean lets look at this without any context at all: claim #1 - Heaven is desirable claim #2 - Aborted babies go to heaven (assume its factual as stated in the video) conclusion - You are doing the baby a favor by sending it to a desirable place He's making it seem like its the oppositions fault that he said something without thinking it through. Did he chose to ignore her because he did not have a counter argument? If you do the math, the amount of time you spend on earth approaches 0 as you compare it to the time you spend in heaven so what's the difference in the long run?

Time Travel Do you think that time travel is physically possible? For those of you that don't think it is possible, do you think that maybe the idea is too complex for our era? For example consider living in the 1500's or even 1000's, could you honestly fathom being able to communicate with someone in a different hemisphere almost instantaneously? For those of you that do believe in time travel, how do you explain the paradox that if time travel is invented in the future, we would have known of it? -To clarify, by time travel I am referring to being able to transport your physical entity to another time period. Not time travel due to time dilation.

Evolution confirmed in quantified lab experiment? I read somewhere that Richard Lenski's E.coli experiment reached 60,000 generations in April 2014 I believe. I can't explain the experiment because my text got deleted for attempting to bypass the swear filter but essentially e.coli were grown in a culture with low sugar and high concentration of a chemical they cannot metabolize. Around 40,000 generations they became able to use that source and the population grew much faster. here is the article. I am curious how creationists respond to this ongoing experiment showing the evolution of an alternative food source utilization in e.coli.
