Windows 8 problems So I bought a new laptop the other day, and unfortunately it came with Windows 8 by default. I don't have a Windows 7 CD so I can't downgrade. At first, MapleStory worked. I transferred the MapleStory folder from my other computer (which is using Windows 7) to this laptop; worked perfectly. The next day it didn't work because of an error saying that the memory could not be written. I looked online for a solution and I couldn't find one so I decided to download the latest installer and reinstall. It worked for a brief time, but after I did a couple of Windows updates it didn't work anymore. Tried what I did before and transferred the folder from my other computer, however it didn't work again. I've tried using Gamelauncher
PIC Reset Failed So I didn't log in for a few weeks. When I tried logging in today, I needed to reset my password because it wasn't correct. That worked. Then I went to put in my PIC. I did not forget my PIC, I've been using it for a very long time, however it didn't work. So I tried logging into the website and clicking "Find PIN/PIC" and then "Reset PIN/PIC". It sent me an email with a confirmation link. So I clicked it, however I got an error saying "Your PIN or PIC has failed to reset. Please try again". I've tried over and over but it does not work. The fix for this was to go to and do it there but that site isn't available anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated.
