Are you sleeping early or late going to bed at 5am? Let's say Your friend stayed up all night, from like 10am -> Midnight -> 6am. [~20hrs] (They normally sleep around Midnight) And they are just going to sleep at 6am. Do you ask them why: They are going to sleep so early? They are going to sleep so late? I would say going to sleep so late because their body has been up for longer then I feel it should be.
