WTF 4 - PQs It's Friday again, so that means I'm doing another one of these! Wishful Thinking Friday time! This time the topic is Party Quests. They're practically dead, like all you can really get from them is a moderate amount of exp - slower than grinding - and since they require other people to do them with they're not as reliable. Also the rewards are totally obsolete. How would you change PQs to make them more interesting? Personally I'd remove the restriction where you can only get 1 level at a time per batch of exp, so PQs can potentially level you multiple times. That's the only way they'd be able to compete with grinding exp-wise. How bout you?

WTF 3 - Classes Something something Wishful Thinking Friday! I almost forgot to do it today, it's been a weird day. Anyway, today's topic is classes! How would you change the class system? What classes would you add, etc. This isn't necessarily about any specific class, I was gonna maybe do one for each later, but more about how classes in this game work in general. I think adding in more bowman classes would be cool, like a longbow class, a ballista class, and/or one of those pipes you blow into to shoot darts out of. What do you think?

5 best 5th jobs My friend and I were talking and she asked what I think the 5 best 5th jobs are. I think she means 5th job as a whole and what 5th job did for the class, rather than just the individual skills, so for me I'd say the best ones are probably: 1. Cannoneer - due to the huge damaging potential and ridiculous amount of lines. 2. Paladin - the hammers are really cool and works consistently, and I love how the first 5th job skill lets you give Sacrosanctity to party members. Also, as a warrior, you're greatly benefitted by Rope Lift. 3. Hero - The sword's great for DPS and Worldreaver gives you iframes while you use it, which can be a lifesaver at hmag and cvel and such. Also Weapon Aura helps with mobs when you have Enrage on. Also

MS Workshop type things tl;dr How would you make the weapon system in ms more interesting? Also should I make this whole periodic/weekly workshop threads thing a regular thing? Heyo there several people. So the Binding of Isaac subreddit had, up until recently, had weekly threads called item workshops. The point was basically just for players to make suggestions on how to improve or alter the items to make them more interesting, without really thinking of balance or whether or not the ideas could/would actually be implemented in the game. As a result, people came up with a lot of off-the-wall ideas and it was a good time. So, since Basil's not especially active, I was thinking a periodic thread topic like that could be fun and maybe get peo

Psa Sylph Crystals vs. Sylph Stones So unlike the previous Sylph ring event, we don't get 1 week where we get stats and 1 week where we get atk/matk. Instead, they give out Sylph Stones or Sylph Crystals. Sylph Stones give +4 to the stat (or whatever the equivalent in hp or allstats is) and +1 atk Sylph Crystals give +4 to the stat (or whatever the equivalent in hp or allstats is) and +1 matk Don't make the mistake of getting the Sylph Stone of Intelligence like I did. I should have checked :(
