General Phantom

Mille Aiguilles or Tempest? Which Phantom skill should I raise if I'm mostly mobbing in Evo Lab? On one hand, Mille Aiguilles is more mobile, attacks faster, and can be used for a long time. But Tempest attacks a much greater area, a few more mobs, and a little more damage, despite its cooldown. Which one should I raise for idle mobbing like in Evo Lab? Also, if someone could tell me whether Mille Aiguilles changes your speed, or if your speed remains the same, that'd be great.

General Updates

Check Update Notes before asking questions plz I see too many posts about events and Hot Times easily found in Update Notes. "When does the Spring Shop open?" "What classes are being revamped other than DB and Cannoneer?" I'm not that mad by it, but it sometimes just clutters the forums and kinda of annoys me, and maybe other people. It's also way easier to check the update notes instead of asking and waiting for helpful replies. Questions about unannounced update dates and stuff are okay, like about the NW and BW revamp.

General

How does Potion Efficiency Stack? So there's a Hermit skill that gives +70% Potion Efficiency, and I have two items which both have Unique Potential, each giving +30% HP Potion Efficiency and +20% HP Potion Efficiency. I tested it out with a red potion multiple times, and each time I healed 127 HP instead of 50, so I apparently have ~2.54 total efficiency, but if you add the items and skill together, I should have 2.2 exactly, and the red potion would heal 110 HP. So do they stack another way, or did I get more potion efficiency another way that I forgot to count? It's not a big deal, I'm mostly just curious.

General Nightlord

Hyper Acc or Hyper Mana? Should I pick Hyper Acc or Hyper Mana skills in endgame for my Night Lord? One one hand, MP isn't very important to me since I'm a Night Lord, and I have a lot of Sunrise Dew anyway. On the other, Accuracy isn't very useful according to some people because it doesn't help hit rate against higher leveled enemies (hit rate - 2 * (enemy level - your level)%). By the way, the others I'm going to pick are Hyper Luck, Hyper Critical, Hyper Defense, Hyper Magic Defense, and Hyper Health. If you think this combination isn't good, also recommend some changes please.
