Low crit rate? I haven't played my Paladin in a year or so and I recently got back on it. I noticed my crit rate is only 10% Is this normal for a Paladin, or warriors overall?

Nl and Nw with little funding? So I've been playing this game for about 7 years, and I've never once made a thief class because of how expensive they are to fund. But it's been long enough and I'm finally making one, either a NL or a NW. I'm going to have very little funds, most likely tots lv60 equips up until I get a full clean cRA set, and a few cracked gollux equips. Maybe some craps rings to go along with it, and probably less than 10% LUK. Will I be extremely weak? I want to be able to train efficiently. I'm not looking for stellar damage or anything, I just don't want to struggle killing mobs.
Help with Shinsoos Call Quest Okay so apparently the quest pops up when you hit level 120. I was in an R&J pq when the quest popped up and accepted it or whatever, but I wasn't teleported. Now I'm 130 and the quest is gone. Is there anyone way to get the quest back?
Starting a Wild Hunter, need tips Okay, so I recently remade my level 60ish Wild Hunter from wayy back. Apparently you can unmount and attack now or w/e. Question is, is it better to play unmounted or mounted? Considering about 80% of the time I'm going to be training and rarely bossing. Any other tips will be appreciated.

Just came back, Paladins weaker? I just recently came back after a year or so break, and decided to train my lv12x paladin for a bit. One thing I noticed is I'm hitting about 20k lower on my charges. I may be mistaken but I'm 90% sure I was stronger before I took my break. Did Paladins get nerfed or something?
