Dogsitting help? My brother and sister-in-law have gone out of state for a week for a funeral and have left their 1 year old Maltipoo for me to dogsit. This is the first time I have met and interacted with the dog (it is in its crate). I have been instructed to feed it twice a day, and take it out twice a day. However, whenever I try to approach it, it starts aggressively barking not me, and I know it will bite me if I get too close (I tested this out by putting my hand next to the cage---it tried to bite me). I know that you aren't supposed to approach dogs; they are supposed to approach you. The dog is at my place and my brother didn't leave any treats or toys (just dog food). I can't obviously get close to it (because it is really aggres

New to driving, need some help/advice -Is the "blind spot" the visible area through the BACK-SIDE (right/left) windows? - When people say "Check your blindspots"----are you supposed to look ALL THE WAY to the back, or just look at the BACK-SIDE window? Or do they mean turn your head as far as you can to check for traffic? -Are you supposed to turn your head (to check your blindspot) on ANY road (suburban area, urban area, HIGHWAY/FREEWAY)? Or is it only necessary for higwhays/freeways? If I don't turn my turn during the driving test, will I fail? -Someone told me you should always check your mirrors every 10 seconds---is this true? What if I don't do this on the driving test, will I fail?-------WHEN should I be constantl

Can you legally create your own stuff in this scenario? Let's say that I have a "magic power" to create things out of nothing. I create my own home, car, computer, tile floors, counters, etc etc. Even my toothbrush. Everything. And then government/police show up and ask "how did you get this stuff? Did you steal it?" And I respond, "No, I made everything here myself. From nothing". And they ask me how I got them, but in response I just show them my magic power to prove I can create anything and everything I want. The question is: Would there be any "legal" issues involving this matter? Do I have to give up my house, etc etc? Or is it personal property? Note: no, I am not creating stuff to SELL. It's e

Computers - Will Gpu technology plateau? Will GPU technology eventually/ultimately plateau? What I mean is, will there come a time when we invent a future-proof GPU, or a GPU that can process any graphics processes? The Triple A title games (such as GTA5, Crysis 3, Witcher 3, etc) are very graphical and have "realistic" visuals. Will there come a time when we cannot progress along graphic technology, thus GPU technology will plateau because we cannot go beyond certain graphics? *Same goes for other technologies (CPU, etc).

Xfinity Wtf Ok, so for a long time now I have had my Xfinity payments automatic online payments. I had ONLY Internet service. But then I randomly log in online to check my service today and I was like "WTF" I don't have TV service----we don't even watch TV at our house! Are they scamming us or something? I have NEVER confirmed or asked for TV service from Xfinity, yet it's one of the "services" listed on my account. Our internet bill used to be $50-60, but currently it's like $70-80----has been for like 8-12+months now. And also, are they ripping us off? Because I'm only getting like 5-6 Mbps for Download/Upload.....(using WIFI and I live in an apartment complex). Should I complain?...if that will do anything.... Or do I

What would you do in this situation? I'm a 21 year-old living at home with my mom (I'm a full-time college student). My brother and sister-in-law are 27-28. They both work. During the school year they have me watch their kids 3-4 days during the week. 8-13 hours every time (sometimes 15-24 hours). Note: by "having me watch their kids" I mean they just simply DROP THE KIDS OFF at my Mom's house every single time, expecting me to watch them. They say "they don't have anyone else to watch the kids". Note: we are a low-income family (my mother and me). But my brother makes like $3-5k a month, my sister-in-law i don't know how much----but they live separately from us in their own home. Note: this has been happening to me sinc

Help, Whats the lump under my skin? I have a lump under my skin on my forearm. And no, it's not a cyst or an abscess. It's like completely under the layer of skin. I feel a little pressure when I press on it or move my skin. And it isn't really hard; it's like squishy hard. It's like a squishy spherical material or something under my skin? It seems to be like at around an inch in diameter. It wasn't that big a few months ago. Could it be cancer? Or is it a naturally occurring thing? Can someone confer with this? Please, I'm a little worried. :~(

Thoughts about writing a novel? How do should you incorporate "backstory" (background information about the underling premises of the plot) into a book/series? Should all (or a great majority) of the backstory be put into like a prologue. Or perhaps a character who knows of the backstory can reveal it during the first few chapters? Or should the backstory be revealed slow and steady through the book/series? But wouldn't that be a harder novel to write? ----- would it necessarily be a "better" novel if written this way? I'm planning on writing a novel, and I would like to hear your thoughts about what approach seems better from an audience's perspective. Note: I hear prologues are "outdated" and that authors and

It is legal to kill someone as quotrevengequot? Like, if someone killed someone/people who you knew, and you retaliated by killing them back, is that legal? Look at the scenario: Person A confronts you and your family. Person A shoots your family; you are left spared. But you confront and fight back, and manage to get the gun. You kill Person A [not necessarily as a form of self-defense, but for "revenge"]. Would this hold as "just" and "legal" in court?

How to sketch a Position Graph --- Linear Alg/Diff EQs Based off of the velocity graph (we are just given the velocity graph ----> no function whatsoever, just the graph), sketch the graph of the resulting position function x(t) for 0<=t<=10. For some reason the position graph kind of looks like a cubic graph (answer is in the back of the book), but I have no idea how they got that. I also see that (back of the book): x(t) = 5/6t^2 if 0<=t<=3 5t-(15/2) if 3<=t<=7 1/6(-5t^2+100t-290) if 7<=t<=10 I'm not sure how they got those polynomials, although I can see how they got the intervals because on the velocity graph, with time (t) being on independent/x axis and velocity (v) being on the dependent/y axis; the graph g
